Exchange and Return
Despite our Exchange and Return policy, which acts as a guideline, we would like to make things right for you. Kindly reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you attempt any returns.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of your receipt on your purchase that have been unused /unmounted with all the packaging and tags intact. Should signs of wear and use have been obviously identifiable, it will be returned as it is to the sender’s address.
In the event that you received a damaged product or wrong order, it must be reported to LUG X BAR within 24 hours or the next working day from the date of receipt. Thereafter you may proceed to return the watch/strap/accessory back to us at your earliest possible. This is a very rare instance as we will do our due diligence to ensure that the item we ship out is in a good working condition.
Return and Refund
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded due to the exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges will not be reimbursed.
For returns with refund requests, the shipment and any eventual import fees are at the client’s expense. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- It is your responsibility to pay for shipping for the watch (high valued items) with insurance until we receive the item.
- For the returned item that was shipped for free, the original amount saved by free shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Straps must be in the same condition as when it arrived and must not be marked in any way. Do not remove any plastic covering from the watch, bracelet, buckle, hang tags, security tags or other items until you are certain that you would take ownership of the item.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.
- Watches and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
- For watches (high valued items), returns must be packaged in bubble wrap.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
- LUG X BAR will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
- For items sending back for a refund, we will not be liable for any duty, tax or fees that the customers’ incur.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN AND REFUND
- Sale items, at our discretion.
- Items that has been custom ordered, is not eligible for return and all sales are final.
- Watches with their protective wrappings removed, bracelet/strap sized or worn are not eligible for return.
