We aim to bring you the most efficient shipping options. Refer to more information below:
Shipment will be made within 48 hours (2 business day) excluding weekends and public holidays, from the time when payment is received. Though we do our best to deliver your order at the quickest, all is not efficient with the Singapore Postage system so please be patient, generally, we will process your order asap and ship it out once your order have been processed. Please email us at lugxbar@gmail.com for any changes to your order immediately.
All mails will be mailed by Singapore Post.
Singapore Customers
Free Registered Mail for any orders S$60 and above
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach you from the time of postage. You will be provided with a tracking number, so look out for an email by us and it can be tracked with the Singapore Post website at www.singpost.com.
*Registered mail comes with a tracking number and would require your signature upon receiving the parcel.
Free Standard Mail for any orders below S$60
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach you from the time of postage. We have used this system many times and generally customers receive their orders in about 3 working days and just a little longer during festive/peak season. We will also follow up with you to be ensure that you have received you parcel. This shipping method is not insured and we will not be liable for any mails lost during postage.
In addition, you have the option to opt for Registered mailing for S$5.
*Standard mail will be delivered right into your mailbox without signature upon receipt.
International Customers
By default, all mails will be air mailed by Singapore Post.
For express shipping, we use DHL. (US$35)
Free Registered Mail by Singapore Post for orders S$50 and above (approx. US$35)
A tracking number will be provided 1 to 2 working days after your order has been placed and payment is made. Tracking information can be found at Singapore Post website at www.singpost.com.
Estimated Delivery Duration:
- 4-10 working days for countries in Asia
- 10-20 working days for all other international deliveries including USA, UK, Australia.
- 10-30 working days for Africa and Middle East
- 30-50 working days for Canada
Customers from Canada, Africa, Middle East, Philippines are advised to use Express Shipping due to reliability issues. We can provide proof of mailing and are not responsible for items lost in mail or delays.
S$7 Registered Mail for orders below S$50
For orders below S$50, a flat fee of S$7 (approx. US$5) will be charged for Registered mail by Singapore Post.
International Custom Duties and Taxes
All goods sold may be subjected to custom duties and taxes in relation to the value of goods declared during shipment, excluding the cost of shipping. International customers are solely responsible for any and all importation duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country. Accurate declaration of value of shipped goods is important.
Delayed/Lost parcel in shipment
Singapore Post will begin investigation 18 business days after the date of fulfilment to determine the status of the package. After the item has been declared to be lost in transit, we will send you a replacement for your purchase.

There is the option of using Registered China Post for $5 however, the shipping duration is unpredictable where it can take 15 to 35 days. There are cases, where the shipping is delayed and took longer.
We highly recommend customers to use DHL express shipping, where it will take about 7 to 10 working days to reach you. As we have had customer experiences with watches gone untracked with standard shipping, DHL is the safest option in such times of uncertainty. Rates have been subsidised due to the longstanding relationship established with DHL. Also, to save you import taxes, we will declare the watch as USD70. Shipping costs:
- America (North, South, Central), Europe: USD28 = SGD35
- Asia: USD16 = SGD22
- Africa & Middle east: USD35 = SGD48
- Oceania and Others: USD22 = SGD30
Generally, for Regular Registered post, we offer free shipping worldwide. The challenge here is that we have no control over the shipping times; these are the estimated shipping times:
- Europe - 5 to 7 days
- United States - about 10 days
- Asia - 5 to 10 days
- Canada, Australia, Others - uncertain shipping times due to the insufficient tracking information, highly recommended that UPS or FedEx option is used
Alternatively for a better tracked shipping option you can opt for the UPS/FedEx shipping option. Shipping will take about 2 to 4 days for a cost of SGD40.
